Senior Scrum Master

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Serve as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams.

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement within teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and ensure clarity of priorities.
• Track and communicate team performance metrics to stakeholders.

• Advocate Agile best practices across the organization.

Technical and Educational Qualifications:  

• 6+ years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or similar certifications preferred.
• Experience in digital agency or software development environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Skills & Abilities:  

• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
• Ability to coach teams in Agile mindset and practices.

• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
